  • Collaborating with the COO to develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Identifying project risks and developing effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance against established KPIs.
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, status reports, and project plans.
  • Providing regular updates to the COO and other stakeholders on project status and progress.
  • Facilitating project meetings and effectively communicating project updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Your profile

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration or project management.
  • Documented experience of 2-5 years in project management, particularly in technologic and operation transformation projects in the Finance industry. This includes monitoring project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all project deliverables.
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in issue resolution, identifying risks, and proposing effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth collaboration amongst team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities for process improvement.
  • Fluency in English
