Account Manager EB Vlaanderen

As "Account Manager Employee Benefits" for large, medium, national and international companies, you will be responsible for a portfolio of large- and medium-sized business accounts and you will be responsible for the expansion of our client portfolio by prospecting, bringing in new clients, developing strategies, networking with various organizations, organizing commercial activities, promoting our services to new and existing clients faced with developing attractive Employee Benefits policies.

Description

You make an excellent contribution to our Sales activity by actively prospecting and on the other hand by proactively cross and up-selling our existing customers. This means:
  • Understanding, analyzing and evaluating customer risks.
  • Developing approaches, benchmarking, services and technical solutions for national and international prospects/customers
  • Manage a limited customer portfolio (identify solutions to specific problems, chair customer meetings together with social partners, negotiate with insurers, support market studies, benchmarking, ...
  • Maintain existing client portfolio and develop new clients
  • Advise and support clients in risk assessments
  • Anticipate changes and possible developments at clients and offer innovative high-value solutions
  • Advice and follow up on changes in local Tax and Pension Legislation
  • Being actively involved in our sales activities, across departments

Your profile

  • You have at least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Employee Benefits (Pension, Death, Guaranteed Income, Medical Expenses)
  • Business development capabilities
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong in developing business relationships and efficiently networking with clients
  • You are results-driven, autonomous and organized in your work and its accurate follow-up
  • A team player, you have the ability to work in a team and easily connect with internal teams
  • Negotiation skills: you are able to negotiate on a client/prospect C-level, with insurers, social partners and intermediaries.
  • Preferably Dutch-speaking with a good knowledge of English and French
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office and more specifically Power Point and Excel
