Our client is looking for someone with experience as an SPV Accountant in Luxembourg and knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP and/or IFRS.
Fluency in English is mandatory.

Description
- You will liaise with external parties such as tax advisors, auditors, joint venture partners, asset managers,
- You will keep records of financial transactions
- You will prepare distribution memorandums
- You will prepare interim and annual accounts as well as monthly and quarterly reports and communicate them to the relevant parties
- You will perform GAAP reconciliations between several GAAPs (US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP, and/or IFRS)
- You will calculate tax provisions and, in addition, review tax returns.
- You will communicate and coordinate with internal and international departments
- You will respond to administrative/accounting queries and requests for information
- You will ensure administrative compliance
Your profile
- You have a degree in accounting/finance/economics or equivalent.
- You have 2 to 5 years' experience in Luxembourg in accounting, auditing and/or financial control;
- During your experience, you will have worked with exposure to private equity, real estate and debt investments.
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- You have a good command of BOB 50 and Microsoft Excel
