Financial Advisor (Outbond Team)
Our client, working in the banking industry, is seeking a Financial Advisor. The client's department is responsible for calling customers to increase their overdraft on their line of credit and making appointments at their branch. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 months work experience in a call center, a secondary degree, commercial skills, a listening ear, empathy, customer focus, team spirit, stress resistance and a critical and summarizing attitude. The client is located in Brussels and offers a long-term interim contract with flexible working hours.

- In addition to these campaigns, you will also be responsible for calling customers at the point of sale to make an appointment at their branch.
- You have initial work experience in a Call Center of minimum 3 months;
- Secondary diploma minimum;
