Executive assistant

Our client, active in the recruitment sector, is actively looking for an Executive Assistant. As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Managing Partners. The role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.


  • Drafting and proofreading internal and client-related documents using Word / Excel / PowerPoint: contracts, job descriptions (involving some online research), short translations and candidate reports ;
  • Answering telephone calls promptly and in a polite manner, filtering calls, taking messages and responding as appropriate for both client and candidate contacts ;
  • Co-ordinating arrangements for a variety of meetings and presentations, (internal and external) and assembling appropriate material (PowerPoint presentations) ;
  • Contributing to the efficiency of the organisation, the agenda management (interview scheduling) and the virtual & paper filing system (input and updates in the candidate and client database) ;
  • Supporting Business Development initiatives ;
  • Handling the reception on Fridays.

Your profile

  • You have an excellent knowledge of English (Dutch and/or French is a plus) ;
  • You have a professional bachelor or equivalent by experience ;
  • You have a few years of successful experience as an executive (or administrative or project) ;
  • Experience as a management assistant in the consulting or services sector is a major plus.
  • You have a sense of priorities ;
  • You are client focus and service orientated ;
  • You are conscientious with high attention to detail ;
  • You are pro-active, dynamic and resourceful, with an open-minded and problem solving attitude ;
  • You are flexible and able to handle multiple tasks ;
  • You have a team player attitude ;
  • You are stress resistant ;
  • You are discreet.
