HR Business Partner

Our client, active in the service sector, is actively looking for an HR Business Partner. In this role, you will manage the recruitment process from A to Z, while having the opportunity to participate in day-to-day talent development.

Description

  • Your recruitment assignment will start with a detailed needs analysis, and you'll work with line managers to determine the profiles we're looking for, as well as job descriptions;
  • You will analyze internal candidates and organize screenings (by telephone, interview, Skype, Teams, Whatsapp, etc.). All this will be done in close collaboration with line managers. You ensure that all candidates receive feedback;
  • You will be responsible for our internal mobility procedure, ensuring proactive management of our talent, i.e. career interviews, transfers, follow-up of assessment interviews & forward planning;
  • If you can't find a candidate internally, you will search externally through various recruitment channels;
  • You build up a network in order to proactively find the right candidate(s). You attend job days and networking events;
  • You follow up each candidate from first contact to onboarding;
  • You provide operational support in human resources matters at various levels (conflict management, social legislation, warning letters, dismissals, reorganizations, exit interviews, etc.);
  • You are actively involved in a number of other HR projects;
  • You ensure that the values and behaviors of the company and beyond are known, understood and practiced;
  • You adopt a zero risk mindset and do not compromise on safety. Whether it's your own, your colleagues', consumers', customers' or anyone else's.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree (HR, Occupational Psychology).
  • You have a very good knowledge of French and Dutch.
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience is required.
  • Good knowledge of social networks is a must;
  • Knowledge of the various joint committees (302, 200, 121, 111) is a plus.
  • You have a good working knowledge of social legislation.
  • You have excellent communication, diplomacy and interpersonal skills.
  • You are organized, rigorous and able to work independently and manage stressful situations;
  • Your interpersonal skills, your spirit of service and initiative as well as your sense of perseverance and responsibility characterize you and ensure that you deliver quality work.
  • You are spontaneous and easy to talk to. You're a real team player.
  • You have strong powers of persuasion and are results-oriented.
  • MS Office holds no secrets for you (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
