Description
As an underwriter of professional liability insurance, you are responsible for underwriting risk:- You analyze, assess and make decisions on risks to be underwritten.
- In addition, you proactively manage the existing insurance portfolio.
- You offer our clients the best tailor-made insurance solution to ensure that they are optimally protected.
- Customer service is also an important part of your job; you maintain smooth and service-oriented contact with clients and brokers, both by phone and in writing.

Your profile
- You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- You have at least 2 years of working experience in insurance, for example with an insurer or broker.
- Customer-oriented and solution-oriented thinking is in your DNA. You understand customers' needs and can provide them with appropriate solutions. You enjoy working with colleagues and thrive in a team environment.
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- You have an aptitude for and interest in complex technical insurance. You are intrigued by the challenges presented by this specific type of insurance.
