Our client is looking for a candidate to assist the Consolidation Manager, who will be responsible for monitoring and updating the scope of consolidation, GAAP-IFRS alignment, intra-group reconciliation, and preparation of the consolidated financial statements.
Description
Reporting to the Consolidation Manager, you will be responsible for :- Monitoring and updating changes in the scope of consolidation;
- Allocating local accounts to group accounts;
- Preparing restatements to align local GAAP with the IFRS applied by the Group
Analysis and reconciliation of intra-group transactions;
- Preparation of consolidation packages for subsidiaries;
- Preparation of information presented in the notes to the consolidated financial statements;
- Preparation of information by segment;
- Preparation of the consolidated financial statements brochure.
Your profile
- Degree in Accounting / Finance (minimum Bac+4);
- At least two years' experience in an audit firm;
- Fluent French and a good level of English;
- Full accounting skills (simple and complex accounting entries, balance sheet and income statement, knowledge of cash flow);
- Flexibility in work organization;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word;
- Ease with IT tools and ability to assimilate their use quickly.
