Market Manager Life Invest
Our client has the ambition to develop its portfolio of 4th pillar customers, with a particular focus on the self-employed and companies in Wallonia. You will ensure the success of product launches by developing the appropriate GO-2-Market plan, sales pitches and sales aids. As part of a close-knit sales team, you will contribute to achieving the commercial objectives of our sales network (retail brokers and partnerships). The ideal candidate will possess analytical, strategic and commercial skills, as well as extensive investment experience, particularly in branch 23.
Description
Within the "Distribution" department, the "Strategy & Studies" team is looking for a Market Manager specialized in 4th pillar Invest products.- You will translate sales planning into a concrete approach for our sales teams, and ensure that they receive the support they need to achieve their objectives.
- Your preparatory work ensures that product launches are a success: you draw up the go-to-market plan, write sales pitches and prepare support material for various types of sales-related events.
- You monitor the market and the competition within your non-tax investment insurance perimeter; you carry out product comparisons and, on this basis, make proposals to improve our competitive position.
- You maintain close contact with our Invest sales teams:
- You are the point of contact for technical and commercial (product-related) questions within the network.
- You keep abreast of technical, legal and tax innovations and communicate them clearly and comprehensibly.
- In short, you ensure that the teams always have all the information they need to keep up to date.
- You actively participate in various projects or work on specific dossiers as a representative of Distribution to internal departments such as Marketing & Product Management.
- You will be part of a strong support team, assisting your 2nd and 3rd pillar colleagues (and vice versa).
- Sporadic travel within the sales and broker network is required.
Your profile
- You have a Master's degree
- Solid knowledge of Life 4th pillar products. You will have a sound knowledge of the technical aspects of the products, as well as the commercial and tax aspects.
- You have the persuasive power to ensure the satisfaction of your 'suppliers' and 'customers'.
- You have the skills needed to improve your teams' listening skills, sense of order and service orientation.
- You combine autonomy with the ability to give and receive trust.
- You speak Dutch or French and have a very good knowledge of the other national language (NL or FR).
- You are willing to acquire knowledge of, or have knowledge of, the 2nd and 3rd pillar product range in order, if necessary, to provide passive support to Life Retail Sales staff (NL and FR).
