As a Sales Support Operator, you will be responsible for the operational support of sales teams, sales administration and customer support in the field of new energies.

As a Sales Support Operator, you will be responsible for the operational support of sales teams, sales administration and customer support in the field of new energies.
Description
- Provide assistance to the sales and delivery teams (project set-up and execution) as well as to the after-sales and maintenance teams.
- Set up prospect and contract details with sales back office (ERP) and service contract management tools.
- Support services for customers, users and sales. To do this, you will provide training, product and service advice, manage and monitor their files (contracts) and answer all their questions.
- Monitor New Energies activities, seeking to make recommendations for process and system improvements, taking into account feedback from customers and key users in this area.
- Carry out specific tasks related to the current Brussels mobility project:
- Develop localization proposals and request localization plans
- Monitoring (+coding) of the portal and follow-up of measurements (+ invoicing)
- Process E-driver requests and prepare requests to the system operator
- Update and maintain various databases
Your profile
- You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- You have a very good command of English, French and Dutch.
- You have a "Hands on mentality".
- You like human contact
- MS Office, especially Excel, holds no secrets for you. Knowledge of working with ERP systems and customer portals is a plus.
- Working safely is essential to you, and you have an eye for detail and active process improvement.
- Interest in technology, alternative transportation fuels and the energy transition. Curious about technical details.
- You're a teamplayer who's ready to work in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to multi-task.
