Our client, a private bank specialized in savings and investment products and based in Ghent, is looking for a Client Service Advisor. Within an enthusiastic team, your task consists in welcoming clients and offering them customized solutions regarding financial products. Our client offers you a permanent contract and a professional, transparent and dynamic environment.
Description
- You welcome and assist clients;
- You handle client correspondence and daily administration (following up on office mailboxes, answering phones, making appointments, etc.) in support of the team;
- You proactively contact clients and build lasting relationships;
- You actively contribute to the acquisition and retention of new clients;
- You see the potential and you direct the customer to the offer adapted to his/her profile;
- You convey with enthusiasm and dynamism all the bank's values and strategy to prospects and customers.
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor's degree;
- A first experience in the financial sector is a plus;
- The economic and financial sector fascinates you;
- You are assertive and enthusiastic;
- You have a strong power of persuasion and an open mind to implement changes;
- Customer interests are a priority for you and you show the necessary empathy;
- You are a real team player;
