Duties include client acquisition, portfolio management, and providing investment advice. Description
- Provide a pleasant welcome to customers and make them feel welcome
- Communicate our client's values and strategy in an enthusiastic and dynamic manner
- Maintain contact with clients in order to optimally manage the client portfolio
- Build a close relationship with clients in order to provide optimal investment advice
- Actively seek out client potential and provide clients with an offer that fits their profile
- Proactively contact clients to promote their engagement
- Handle client correspondence and manage day-to-day administration
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor's degree and are passionate about the financial sector
- A first relevant experience in the financial sector is a plus
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, a good knowledge of French and English is a plus
- You are entrepreneurial, positive and you like to maintain customer relations
- You have strong communication skills and you can convince others
- Thanks to your customer orientation and empathy you are able to understand exactly what the customer needs
- You are a team player who works well together
- You work accurately, have an eye for detail and can organize your work well
