Description

  • You prepare and gather the necessary information for works councils with internal stakeholders;
  • You take part in works councils and prepare minutes, following up agreements reached, communicating them, etc. ;
  • You enjoy working on projects, such as participating in the organization of social elections and various ad hoc projects related to
social legislation;
  • You coordinate and are responsible for data transmission for personnel transfers during site openings and closures;
  • You act as a contact person for social partners and employees, ensuring that processes are respected;
  • You are also "the" person who provides administrative support when needed.

Your profile

  • You preferably have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Labor Law or similar experience;
  • In addition, you are bilingual, have a perfect command of Dutch and are fluent in both spoken and written French;
  • You enjoy administrative work, are well-organized, autonomous, meticulous and self-starter;
  • You are a real teamplayer, you have strong interpersonal skills, a sense of service and you take the initiative;
  • MS Office holds no secrets for you (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
