Description
- You will be the point of contact for Clients and Employees for operational questions or issues related to: Digital Banking (App, Web) - including online payments, digital signing and Video Banking
- You are responsible for maintaining processes and procedures around these applications (Knowledge Base, SOP, Process Descriptions)
- You are responsible for supporting the rollout of new functionalities
- Providing input based on contacts with clients and employees for improvements
- Follow up data regarding use of the applications, trend analyses
- Monitoring (potential) fraud in online payments and taking appropriate actions in consultation with various stakeholders (commercial, compliance, risk).
- In case of more complex problems, search for solutions together with local PO and HQ support teams in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Execute projects within the Digital & Project Office.
Your profile
- Client and solution oriented thinking
- Communicative in both NL and FR (written and spoken) - ENG is a plus
- Understand processes and be able to adjust them if necessary in a Private Banking / Wealth Management context, while respecting the existing risk framework
- Eye for detail in the context of online payments and fraud scoring
- Professional handling of HNWI combined with the necessary patience
- Ability to deal with change is a must
- Project management skills
- Stakeholder management skills
