Our client, an HR/payroll and legal services company, is actively looking for a Business development Advisor. In that job, you will join a team of 3 result-oriented and driven individuals. To be successful in that position you must be commercially minded and curious.
Description
As HR Advisor Business Development Department:- Prepare offers for employers (national and international) and partners from our client
- Assist and guide employers on questions regarding our client rates and services, if necessary in
- Create and maintain relationships with clients and networks, based on expertise, discretion and mutual trust;
- Pursue new business opportunities;
- Help build our client external communications and corporate image through co-designing and maintaining our client's presence on social media;
- You manage the client database;
- Follow up your tasks and assignments independently, after determining priorities in consultation with the team.
Your profile
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience;
- You are fluent in English (working language of the majority of clients) and French and/or Dutch;
- You have a commercial DNA;
- You have an affinity with payroll and socio-legal themes;
- You take initiative and think proactively;
- You combine accuracy in administration with strong communication skills;
- You find challenge and energy in delivering high quality;
