Business Development Advisor

Description

As HR Advisor Business Development Department:

• Prepare offers for employers (national and international) and partners from our client

network;

• Assist and guide employers on questions regarding our client rates and services, if necessary in

close consultation with the legal department. You also advise on Belgian labor and social legislation if required in the context of the payroll set-up;

• Create and maintain relationships with clients and networks, based on expertise, discretion and mutual trust;
• Pursue new business opportunities;
• Help build our client external communications and corporate image through co-designing and maintaining our client's presence on social media;
• You manage the client database;
• Follow up your tasks and assignments independently, after determining priorities in consultation with the team.

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience;
• You are fluent in English (working language of the majority of clients) and French and/or Dutch;
• You have a commercial DNA;
• You have an affinity with payroll and socio-legal themes;
• You take initiative and think proactively;
• You combine accuracy in administration with strong communication skills;
• You find challenge and energy in delivering high quality;
