Our client, located in Brussels, is looking for a permanent employee to manage credit portfolios in close collaboration with external partners. The aim is to ensure that the quality of the services provided remains good and improves where possible. The bank offers a full range of simple banking and insurance products. Minimum bachelor's degree and good knowledge of the second national language is desirable. Telecommuting possible.
Description
- You check compliance with the acceptance framework when making credit decisions for granting mortgage loans;
- You check the external partner's actions to ensure that they follow the correct processes;
- During these checks, you keep an eye on the financial health of the bank's loan portfolio;
- You will report on these checks internally to the relevant departments and externally to the relevant partner;
- You will work with our partners to improve and optimize processes;
- You will monitor over the longer term how improvements are applied and what the results are.
Your profile
- You have at least a bachelor's degree;
- Previous lending experience is a plus;
- You are good at analyzing situations and can get to the heart of the matter;
- You are critical and firm and show a constructive attitude, without being merely negative ;
- You are able to build an open and constructive relationship with our partners and colleagues;
- You're not daunted by having to scour systems, documents and tables for unnoticed errors;
- You know how to report your results correctly, clearly and concisely;
- You contribute to the search for longer-term solutions and can think outside the box;
- You're eager to learn and you're curious;
- You are a teamplayer but can also work independently;
- Excellent knowledge of both national languages.
