Description
- You review insureds and coverage eligibility to ensure that individual and group files are handled correctly;
- You approve medical records to ensure they meet company standards and requirements;
- You perform necessary calculations in the files to ensure fair and accurate review;
- You are responsible for the administrative management of claims;
- You work with employers (including brokers) and stakeholders to ensure error-free processing and follow-up of files;
- You communicate with all stakeholders to explain your decisions clearly, correctly and accurately.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree, or already have initial work experience;
- You understand the 2nd national language and can express yourself in the other national language. Bilingual? Fine;
- Above all, you have a strong desire to work. Mindset is most important to us;
- Insurance may not be your specialty, but you're totally up for training to learn the ropes;
- You have a sense of initiative;
- You communicate fluently and accurately, both orally and in writing;
- Do you create order out of chaos? You have an eye for detail and an analytical and organizational mind;
- You are flexible. You work within a department that is constantly evolving and you adapt quickly to changes.
Offer
- A training week from September 25 to 29;
- A permanent contract starting October 2 at Axis Projects for a 1-year assignment. Afterwards, you will be recruited by our client.
