You are dedicated to assisting clients professionally and handle their claims with care.- You are the point of contact for clients, allowing them to approach you by phone, email and mail for advice, opening files and submitting written claims reports.
- You investigate their requests and offer solutions in a customer-friendly manner.
- In addition, you also provide the necessary information to commercial partners and experts so that they can handle claims files correctly.

Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
- You have experience in fire damage.
- You have an excellent written and spoken knowledge of Dutch and French.
- You are customer-oriented and work well in a team.
- You set priorities easily and respect deadlines.
