This challenging role requires a bachelor's degree in an economic-financial field or equivalent experience, in-depth property and/or engineering expertise, and a fluent command of both Dutch and at least a basic knowledge of French or English. Description

  • You are responsible for handling and following up the insurance files assigned to you, including for international clients.
  • You analyze the questions raised, take a position and take care of the complete administrative processing within the predetermined deadlines.
  • You prepare new cases and carry out settlements of insurance contracts.
  • You are the main point of contact for brokers and clients for all necessary info about their insurances and give tailored advice.
  • You work closely with other colleagues (Underwriting, Sales, Production Management...);

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree (preferably in an economic-financial field) OR have equivalent experience in (corporate) insurance.
  • You already have a strong knowledge within the expertise property and/or engineering.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have at least a basic knowledge of French or English.
  • You like to think proactively about how to improve the functioning of your department
  • You are team-oriented with a positive attitude towards colleagues and the company.
  • You get satisfaction from helping colleagues, brokers and customers.
  • You are digitally strong and learn easily to work with new programs and tools.
