Description

• You identify and evaluate opportunities for the development of new services and actions, based on both company analyses and consumer expectations. You also actively participate in their implementation, promotion and follow-up (penetration rate, user satisfaction, etc.).
• You actively participate in the implementation of temporary actions that offer real added value to consumers (group purchases, favorable conditions for a product or service in the Koopwijzer, ...).
• You negotiate with external partners strong benefits in favor of members.
• You develop external partnerships with the main players on the market, always keeping in mind the independence of the company.
• You work in close collaboration with other internal departments (editorial, marketing,... ) to achieve your objectives.
• You monitor the developments of your projects and you pay attention to their profitability (ROI). You constantly evaluate the relevance of your collaboration agreements according to internal analyses and the evolution of consumer needs.

Your profile

• Master's or bachelor's degree in economic/business oriented field.
• Strong communicator. Trilingual (NL, FR, ENG).
• At least 5 years of experience in the development of services and/or the implementation of actions for which consumers sign up en masse.
• Experience in project management within multidisciplinary teams.
• You are entrepreneurial and innovative. You have a good understanding of market trends.
• A team player who can work constructively in a matrix structure.
• You are 'consumer centric': interests and satisfaction of consumers come first.
• Result-oriented and autonomous worker
