HR Assistant - Learning & Development Support

Our client, a leader in its sector, is actively looking for an HR Assistant (L&D). In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR department. If you have a talent for organization and are communicative, then this is the job for you!

Description

  • You help our operational managers to find the right talent to strengthen their team for unskilled profiles (Flanders region).
  • You will prepare attractive job texts and creatively search for candidates through various channels.
  • You handle our various communications on intranet, job boards, etc.
  • By telephone screening, you inform, motivate and help candidates in their search for the right job!
  • You discuss your applications with the hiring managers and ensure proper follow-up.
  • You support L&D in the organization of both internal and external training courses (meeting rooms, invitations, management of the training mailbox, coordination of speakers, keeping attendance lists up to date in the systems provided, etc.) and manage grant applications.
  • You are the key administrative figure in our HR department and work closely with HR colleagues, including our colleagues in L&D, Job Center and Operational Support.

Your profile

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You have a flair for languages, you're bilingual with a perfect command of Dutch and a very good command of French and English.
  • Microsoft Office holds no secrets for you.
  • You work independently and like to take the initiative. What's more, you also enjoy being around people and are a team player.
  • You're a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to administrative work and like to dot the i's and cross the t's.
