Our client, a key figure in the fields of publishing, training and digital solutions, is actively looking for a CRM/Marketing Automation Specialist. In this role, you will join a dynamic Growth Marketing Team and will work in close relation with the sales team.
Description
Within the Growth Marketing team, in permanent alignment with the Product, Marketing and Data teams, you will be responsible for:- Defining lead generation, nurturing and enrichment strategies
- Managing end-to-end marketing automation campaigns
- Supervising email marketing campaigns from conception to delivery
- Acting as the growth marketing lead for several digital products and Go-to-Market strategies
- Support the needs of the sales team by creating and managing targeted campaigns to support their initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results and continuously optimize strategies to improve key metrics
Your profile
- You are fluent in French or Dutch and English.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in marketing automation and email marketing
- You are proficient in Salesforce and Pardot (or other leading marketing automation platforms)
- You have a strong knowledge of inbound and outbound strategies
- You have srong HTML/CSS skills for email template creation and customization
