Description
- You are the main contact for brokers and clients regarding the payout of their group insurance policies
- You ensure the proper processing of all relevant information and documentation required to properly pay out clients' balances.
- You also provide thorough fraud monitoring to ensure payments are accurate and legitimate.
- You will work closely with internal departments to ensure that all payments comply with company guidelines and procedures.

Your profile
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in Insurance or Finance or other related field.
- You have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in life insurance management/financial administration.
- You have strong analytical skills and experience in processing complex information.
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch & French, both oral and written.
- You have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- You have attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with data management and analysis software and tools is a plus.
