For this position, the candidate will support client onboarding, perform data quality control and audits, suggest process improvements, research client and market trends, and evaluate contract performance. The ideal candidate should have a master's degree in Mathematics, Insurance, or a related field, proficiency in written and verbal English and German, at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in Non-Life/Life Insurance, and a focus on data quality.
Description
- You will support the customer integration process;
- You will carry out quality controls and database audits to ensure that data is used accurately and appropriately;
- You will suggest improvements to operational processes and innovative solutions;
- Research and record customer and market trends;
- You ensure and evaluate whether contracts are working as agreed and stipulated and report if this is not the case.
Your profile
- You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in a life or non-life insurance company;
- You have a degree in mathematics, insurance or a related field;
- You are fluent in English and French. Fluency in written and spoken German may be considered;
- A team player able to work independently and think ahead;
- You have analytical skills, the ability to learn quickly and the ability to solve problems;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Sics is an asset.
