Description
- You will be responsible for registering new vehicles;
- You draw up new contracts and consult with customers and insurers to this end;
- You provide support to assist customers in the best possible way;
- You follow up customers on a daily basis and help them, as needed, with quotations, insurance policies and other requests;
- You ensure flawless follow-up of premium payments;
- You remain available to your customers in the event of problems;
- You are the customer's privileged contact, ready to listen and respond to their needs, even acting as a confidant if necessary.
Your profile
- You have training or experience in the insurance field;
- You have at least two years' experience in a similar position;
- You have an excellent command of either French or Dutch, and good skills in the other national language;
- You are commercially minded and work to find solutions for the customer portfolio assigned to you;
