Account Manager Care

Our client, an insurance broker, is the specialist par excellence in the field of insurance packages for the social profit sector such as schools, hospitals, ... You read it right, sectors where care is central. From their experience and in-depth knowledge of the insurance market, they ensure that they can assist these sectors in a professional way in the search for appropriate insurance solutions, so that they too are taken care of. For this we are looking for a commercial talent who has a heart for the healthcare sector and would like to join the team of Account Managers.


  • On a daily basis, the team of account managers ensures that the social profit sector is also offered the right services. - You are responsible to optimally connect and expand the insurance packages with the clients.
  • You are responsible for developing a commercial network within the healthcare sector and related sectors in Flanders. Of course this means that you also do some prospecting and that you are very well informed about all novelties, developments and regulations within the insurance world. The hospitals and nursing homes count on you to relieve them of what you are an expert in.
  • You will become their confidant in the field of insurance so you will have to build and maintain your network.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree in insurance or law
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the insurance world and more specifically in BOAR
  • You are assertive and always work customer-oriented with a no-nonsense approach
  • You think proactively and take initiative
  • You are flexible, solution oriented and have a good dose of common sense
  • You work accurately and in a structured way, you are stress resistant and communicative
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch. A good knowledge of French is a plus
  • You are a team player
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector is a plus
  • You have already worked with the Salesforce program
