Our client, a leading accounting and auditing firm, is looking for a (Senior) Legal Manager. The person will be responsible from A to Z for projects with a strong legal-economic slant. This mainly includes incorporation, restructuring and liquidation of companies, amendments to articles of association, changes in shareholder structure and the drafting of all kinds of contracts. The ideal candidate will have significant experience (at least 5 years) in a similar legal position in corporate law. The candidate should be fluent in Dutch and English and French are a plus. Description
- As senior legal manager, after a familiarisation period, you will be responsible from A to Z for projects with a strong legal-economic slant.
- This mainly involves the incorporation, restructuring and liquidation of companies, amendments to articles of association, changes in shareholder structure and the drafting of all kinds of contracts.
- In addition, as senior legal advisor, you will be your clients' contact for specific legal corporate issues.
- You always start from a thorough analysis of the client's situation and design a customized solution so that you can become the legal confidant of your clients.
- You work closely together with colleagues who are specialized in related matters.
Your profile
- You have a Master's degree in law and an additional Manama corporate or business law
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Your enthusiasm, stress-resistance and commercial attitude are your assets
- Your personal style enables you to build a relationship of trust with the client
- You have strong communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information in understandable language.
- You enjoy working in a team
- A good knowledge of English and French is a plus
