- The insurance expert is very strong in the technicality of the subject matter (product knowledge, process knowledge, legal and tax knowledge...) and very commercially minded
- You go wild for the more complex insurance situations and close deals for the higher end segments
- Both in-house insurance solutions and out-of-range products are known to you. You get energy from fully equipping and protecting the best clients and really think out of the box to provide the best protection, within a profitable and risk acceptable framework
- You are not a soloist - you know that insurance transversal is the best tool for sustainable customer retention and you also know that the zone's onboarding table insurance is not filled by you alone. Seeing the zone move forward with a major contribution from you gives you a boost!
- You have a master or bachelor degree
- You have a great affinity with better segments and your attitude and way of dealing with these customers go hand in hand with the value proposition described
- You have strong underwriting knowledge and you already show to be a top salesperson
- You are well organized and can work autonomously
- Strategic and commercial insight; able to develop a vision
- Strong proactive attitude based on the intended results of the zone
- Stress resistant
