Our client, active in the Asset Servicing sector, is looking for a Fund Accountant.
Our client is looking for a dynamic, conscientious and rigorous individual who will be responsible for keeping accurate financial records of investment portfolios. Your duties will include reconciling cash and securities transactions, calculating net asset values and preparing financial reports.

Description
- Calculate net asset values of investment funds;
- Record cash movements;
- Record subscriptions and redemptions;
- Record securities transactions and other financial income;
- Valuate the portfolio and verify price variations;
- Manage interaction with other departments;
- Accurately check the results of Fastcheck rules;
- Accurately check reports based on procedures or management requests;
- Update Word, Excel and other operational documents;
- Submit files to the Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager for validation;
- Correctly and punctually communicate unit prices and other information to customers and stakeholders;
- File and archive documents according to procedure;
- Perform reconciliations using the appropriate tool;
- Periodically calculate non-daily net asset values;
- Check the adequacy of cash accounting/depositary bank positions and settle any suspense items;
- For all the above processes, the Fund Accountant must alert his or her superiors in the event of a customer complaint, or in the event of organizational or operational problems.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree ;
- Specialization in Accounting, Finance, Financial Markets;
- Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of French;
- Thoroughness ;
- Analytical mind ;
- Curiosity;
- Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.).
