For our client, an insurance broker, we are looking for claims managers for their offices in Schilde and Kapellen. Do you have experience in claims and would you like to join an ambitious organization? Are you proactive and do you like a good team spirit? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
Description
- You gather the necessary information on the coverage, liability and causal circumstances of the claim at the start of a claim file
- After a thorough analysis, you apply the applicable rules and conventions
- You actively negotiate the claim and defend your client's interests
- You keep the insured informed about the evolution of the claim and quantify the damage, after which you also inform your client
- You proactively take care of the telephone and written communication with all parties involved (policyholders, broker, agents, insurers...)
Your profile
- You are motivated, enthusiastic and like a good team spirit
- Experience in a similar role as a claims manager is a must
- Experience with the management package Brio is a big plus
- You have a perfect knowledge of Dutch
- You put your customer first, are involved and act proactively
- You are digital minded and can quickly and fluently deal with new systems
- You know how damage control works
