Our client is a Belgian-based financial services company that specializes in the settlement and delivery of financial securities (such as stocks, bonds, and investment funds), as well as the custody and management of these securities.
They are looking for colleagues to join them in this fast-paced and exciting environment as Business Analytics Expert. As part of your role, you will need to be able to handle complex and potentially risky processes with ease. In addition, you will play an important role in supporting the ongoing improvement of the team's performance, contributing ideas and suggestions to help drive progress. This will involve participating in problem-solving sessions, where you will help identify gaps in working methods and review operational procedures in your area of expertise. You may also be asked to take part in projects or initiatives designed to further improve team performance and enhance the organization's overall success.

Description
In the context of the Russian Sanctions, impacting our standard operational processes in Asset Servicing teams, a Sanctions task force has been setup to centralize the cases related to sanctions with a focus on the current impact of Russian sanctions and counter measures. We are looking for candidates with an operational background in Asset Servicing and interested to broaden their expertise in the sanctions area. Specifically, we look for people who are in for a new challenge, are ready to deal with changing circumstances and who like to think out-of-the-box. The ambition is to manage unexpected peak volumes in a reasonable time, while serving our clients in the best possible way.- You are able to deal with complexity and risky processes.
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the team.
- You will also participate in problem solving sessions, raises gaps in working methods, reviews operational procedures in own area of expertise and may participate to projects or initiatives
Your profile
- About to graduate from university or have up to 2-3 years experience and have a good command of English (all additional languages are a plus!)
- You have a strong collaboration spirit
- You have a risk aware mindset
- Have a solid background in Income cash management or Corporate action events
- You are detailed orientated and analytical
- You are an independent worker with strong ownership skills
- You like to develop new skills and have an interest in Continuous Improvement
