For one of our clients, a leading Belgian law firm specializing in Business Law, we are looking for a Marketing Manager. The firm offers a full range of legal services to companies, public institutions and individuals and is recognized for its excellence and reputation in the legal field.
As Marketing Manager, you will have a primarily strategic role and manage a team of 2 people. We are looking for someone who is assertive, people-oriented and listens to their teams.

Description
As Marketing Manager, you will help determine how our firm positions itself in the legal market.- With a clear strategic vision, you coordinate the day-to-day marketing activities and develop best practices.
- In consultation with the COO/responsible partner, you draw up a communication and annual action plan and monitor its implementation.
- You are the starting and anchor point for all marketing communication projects and coordinate with your team members, colleagues and external parties.
- You closely follow trends and developments in the legal market and respond quickly to them in innovative ways.
- You follow the digital trends and use them to set the lines to distribute our message through the right channels and the right content.
- As an inspiring People manager, you will have direct responsibility for a small team and report to the COO/Responsible Partner.
- You will be responsible for managing marketing budgets.
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor/master degree in marketing or economics and have already gained experience in a similar role.
- You have a good command of Dutch, French and English orally and in writing.
- You have strong management skills and make decisions easily.
- You are familiar with marketing and CRM tools.
