HR Generalist

Our client, active in the leasing sector, is actively looking for an HR Generalist. Your responsibilities in this role will be varied, as you will be involved in both the soft and hard aspects of HR (with a focus on the soft side).


Soft HR:
  • Recruitment ( screening, interviews with the candidates, coordination with the different partners)
  • Organization, provisions of the necessary trainings and follow-up of the trainings
  • Follow-up and support of the coaching sessions
  • HR support for internal employees
  • Answering questions regarding parental leave,...
  • Answering daily HR topics
Hard HR:
  • Follow up on annual Salary & compensation benefits deadlines.
  • Preparation of salary packages in line with our salary policy.
  • Creation of various reportings.

Your profile

  • Experience in HR (with a focus on soft HR)
  • Strong language skills in French and in Dutch
  • Stress resistant, polyvalent and communicative


  • An open-ended contract with an interesting salary package
