Recruitment Officer

Our client, a law firm, is looking for a dynamic and professional Recruitment Officer to manage the recruitment
process but also to develop the image of the firm externally. In this role, you will be joining a dynamic and diverse team where good spirit, collegiality and open communication rule.


  • You develop the external promotion of the firm within the various Belgian academic institutions
  • Organisation of the participation of job fairs
  • Organisation of the Campus Events dedicated to summer interns and upcoming law graduates
  • You handle the recruitment process from beginning to end
  • Editing and publishing recruitment advertisements in the various communication media
  • Pre-selection screening and candidate presentation
  • Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and provide regular internal communications and feedback
  • Drafting the salary proposal, signing the contract, requesting documents, etc.s
  • Preparing the onboarding
  • Various other administrative tasks related to recruitment and circumstances.

Your profile

  • You are flluent in French, Dutch and English
  • You have a first experience in recruitment
  • You have an excellent organisational skills with sound prioritisation ability
  • You are able to work under pressure
  • You are discreet & employer mentality
  • You have good professional interpersonal skills to effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are an outgoing personality and can demonstrate a high level of emotional
• You can work independently, but you are a team player
