Financial Back Office Administrator

Our client is a wealth management firm that caters to a select clientele, including high net worth individuals & family offices. Their services are tailored to the unique needs of these clients, many of whom have substantial assets and complex risk profiles.

For them, we are looking for an administrative jack-of-all-trades to support their team over a long period of time in the follow-up of ongoing files. You will also regularly communicate with clients via mail & phone. Do you have what it takes to help our client? Then apply today!


Your responsibilities are:
  • Assist the back office and follow up on administrative tasks;
  • Accurately process applications, review relevant documents and update client data in the system;
  • Being the point of contact for clients: answering questions, providing information on current files & investments and providing general support via email, phone or mail;

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance/economics;
  • Preferably 3-4 years of work experience in the banking or insurance industry;
  • You have strong communication skills, both with clients and colleagues;
  • You have experience in administration & a basic knowledge of the financial market are a plus;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, both written and spoken.
