Sales and Logistics Officer

Our international client is looking for a Sales and Logistics Officer. In this role, you have be responsible for various aspects: logisitcs, sales and office management. It will allow you to be in constant contact with internal and external (from the US namely) parties.

One of our international clients, active in the technological sector, is currently looking for a Sales and Logistics Assistant. In the context of this position, you will report directly to the general manager.

Your responsibilities:
  • Set up new/Edit existing Customer information into system
  • Keep record of shipping costs per customer (cf terms & conditions)
  • Update and keep record of pricing information
  • Complete collection emails/calls.
  • Resolve customer inquiries.
  • Liaise with colleagues in USA regarding potential invoices questions and issues
  • Handle Protection Plans contracts & database (yearly insurance for machines)
  • Be the primary contact for incoming calls
Office management:
  • Plan and Order office furniture
  • Plan and order drinks, coffee etc.
  • Handle various office contracts (plants, Nespresso etc.)
  • Liaise with building owner for potential issues
  • Claim official documents to various institutions and banks
  • Receive and analyze customer orders
  • Prepare administrative shipping documents
  • Informs the client (by email) that the purchase order has been received and processed
  • Follow process rules in Salesforce
  • Send loaners to customers in collaboration with Technical Services
  • Liaise with repair company
  • Regularly connect with repair company to check on status of repair
  • Keep customers informed about repair process

Your profile

  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You have at least a first experience in a similar position
  • You are service and customer-oriented
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You are sociable and enjoy working in teams
