Our client, active in the Asset Servicing sector, is looking for a Fund Reporting Officer.
Your primary responsibility is to ensure that financial information relating to investment funds is reported accurately and on time. Your role is to analyze data to produce reports that comply with regulatory requirements.

Description
Relationship with interlocutors:- Is responsible for obtaining the necessary elements for reporting with internal or external contacts, respecting regulatory and customer deadlines;
- Informs and answers questions from contacts on the progress of productions and participates in summary meetings, as required.
- Produces reports according to the format, frequency and deadlines defined with the Clients or/and in line with the regulations;
- Analyzes results and performs the necessary controls;
- Produce additional and punctual reports at the request of clients, within the framework of calls for tender or studies;
- Provides the reports according to the channel chosen by the contact person.
- Produces reports in compliance with legal responsibilities or as part of services entrusted by the client;
- Ensures the reliability and consistency of the data produced;
- Produces reports for regulatory authorities and clients in accordance with regulatory standards
- Ensures the availability of indicators shared by management;
- Participates in the analysis of the sources of production anomalies, in the definition of areas for improvement and in the updating of associated documents, including procedures;
- Participates in the realization of the assessments and adapts the concerned process within the framework of a continuous improvement approach;
- Identifies changes in information systems to meet the needs of customers, regulatory changes, and even changes in the business, and participates in the drafting of expressions of need and user acceptance.
- To establish the tax declaration of the SICAV;
- To calculate the annual tax on Belgian and foreign UCIs;
- Calculate the assets tests for clients who have subscribed to the service;
- Ensuring the sending and follow-up of OGCs, SRRIs and performance reports for clients who have subscribed to the service.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree;
- Financial management, accounting or administration background;
- Good knowledge of French and English. Dutch is an asset;
- Experience in the sector or in a similar function is an asset;
- Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Access);
- Thoroughness ;
