Description
Your responsibilities :- Create salary study and design salary policy (gross increases, net allowances, communication salary evolution to employees
- Payroll
- Evaluation interviews, performance reviews, on and off shifts
- Punctuate also recruitment, job fairs, interviews, onboarding
- Administration (personnel files, drawing up policies, ordering meal vouchers, registering insurance, etc.)
- Follow up files (social elections, work from home, mobility, GDPR, ...)
- ...
Your profile
- First relevant work experience.
- Relevant BA or MA degree, e.g. HRM, Labor and Organizational Psychology, labor law
- HR generalist (general broad knowledge and knowledge of payroll) + willing to want to do everything (hard HR, soft HR, talent management, recruitment, ...)
- Analytical, accurate and structured
- Discreet & employer mentality
- Employee point of contact (empathetic, people skills)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office + Outlook + digital skills
- Ability to work independently
- Daring to make decisions
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch, good English and French
