Description

Your responsibilities :
  • Create salary study and design salary policy (gross increases, net allowances, communication salary evolution to employees
  • Payroll
  • Evaluation interviews, performance reviews, on and off shifts
  • Punctuate also recruitment, job fairs, interviews, onboarding
  • Administration (personnel files, drawing up policies, ordering meal vouchers, registering insurance, etc.)
  • Follow up files (social elections, work from home, mobility, GDPR, ...)
  • ...

Your profile

  • First relevant work experience.
  • Relevant BA or MA degree, e.g. HRM, Labor and Organizational Psychology, labor law
  • HR generalist (general broad knowledge and knowledge of payroll) + willing to want to do everything (hard HR, soft HR, talent management, recruitment, ...)
  • Analytical, accurate and structured
  • Discreet & employer mentality
  • Employee point of contact (empathetic, people skills)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office + Outlook + digital skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Daring to make decisions
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, good English and French
