Our client, active in the automated services sector, is looking for an accounting assistant with at least a first experience in accounting. Autonomy and professionalism are words that define you? Then you are the person we are looking for!
Description
You will report to the Accountant and assist him/her in the accounting management of the subsidiary:- Assistance with the subsidiary's accounting (purchases, sales, banks...)
- Management of customer invoices and reminders
- Assistance with tax returns (especially VAT)
- Carrying out various administrative tasks
Your profile
- You preferably have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have a perfect command of French
- You are a reliable and serious person
- You are rigorous, professional, autonomous and have a taste for figures.
- You have a sense of priorities allowing you to organize yourself and you like teamwork.
- You have easy contact with customers by telephone.
- You have a very good command of Excel and Word.
