Sales Support

Description

As a Sales Support you will be providing the best sales support for the external Sales team. You will prepare quotations for the B2B customers and will effectively deal with customer requests.

• You will provide accurate quotations for long-term leasing of vehicles/bicycles.
• You will manage your files from A to Z and take care of the necessary adjustments and additions.
• You will analyse customer requests efficiently and distribute them to the right department and the right person.
• Because of your high-quality communication skills via email and/or telephone, you are able to provide a positive customer experience.
• You have the capability to work on transversal projects and optimize existing working processes.

Your profile

• You have at least a first experience in a similar position (administrative/sales support).
• You have very good language skills in French and Dutch.
• You are highly organised and have strong thinking and reasoning skills.
• You are customer focused and able to manage your priorities.
• You are able to deal with deadlines and you like to work at a steady pace.
• You are a team player, passionate in your work and have a great learning agility.
