Description
- You will verify Trailer Fee calculations and payments.
- You will produce monthly and quarterly trailing commission calculations for clients within agreed deadlines.
- You will perform reconciliations of assets under management based on client statements.
- You will ensure compliance with all established procedures and controls.
- You will review and follow up on customer queries relating to calculations, agreements and payments.
- You will prepare various files for financial purposes .
- You will review and set up the Trailer Fee terms and conditions and the dealer network in the internal system based on client agreements/information.
Your profile
- You have a university degree or bachelor's degree in accounting, economics or finance;
- You are fluent in English and French;
- You have an excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel. VBA programming skills would be an advantage;
- You have good communication skills;
- You are result-oriented, self-starter and proactive;
- You are a team player, punctuality, discipline, self-control, innovative and positive thinking;
- You are customer-oriented;
- You are highly organised and detail-oriented.
