Description
- The Talent Acquisition Specialist wil report to the HR Manager and be part of the BE HR team;
- You will act as a true business partner, you will guide and drive business’ talent acquisition strategy in your Business Area and you will back-up the HR Business Partner on strategical HR talks;
- You understand the business needs regarding the recruitment plan;
- You are in charge of implementing the strategy and operations linked to the recruitment and HR projects aspects related to your business area;
- You work and interact closely with the business entities as regards to recruitment of internal or external profiles, based on established recruitment plans. This requires a strong commitment & understanding of the business needs, and core activities;
- For each profile, you select the appropriate recruitment channels (internal, advertisements, e-mails, recruitment agencies, social media, mobility, external/internal consultants….);
- With qualitative selection interviews you short-list the candidates and you provide support for the final decision process.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration;
- Extensive experience in an HRBP role supporting multiple business areas;
- Speaks and writes fluent Dutch/French and English;
- Is positive, entrepreneurial, open minded and eager to learn;
- Has a first work experience in a job where you have helped to put structure in place;
- Has solid communication skills and high empathy;
- Plays for the team and the organisation
