- Provide high-quality legal advice on a wide range of topics to help Quintet identify, manage, and report legal risks;
- Proactively engage with stakeholders to demonstrate the added value of involving a lawyer early on in key matters related to client management;
- Manage your own workload related to general banking and wealth management;
- Proactively engage with the business and stakeholders;
- Collaborate with colleagues across Europe on common topics, adopt a common approach, and follow best practices.
Your profile
- Mid to senior-level qualified lawyer with experience in financial services in Luxembourg, either from an in-house role or from a top-tier law firm in financial services in Luxembourg;
- Preferably, experience in MiFID II, litigation, or credit contract management;
- Positive, proactive, and growth mindset;
- Ability to work independently, transparently, and proactively with stakeholders;
- Capable of taking on a broad scope of responsibility and delivering to conflicting deadlines;
- Familiar with working independently to manage workload and as part of a small European network in Luxembourg with colleagues in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium;
- Capable of dealing with a variety of topics simultaneously with conflicting deadlines;
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and comfortable presenting solutions to stakeholders that are easily understood.
