Our client is looking for a Transactions, Check & Release Clerk who will be responsible for verifying the encoding of vouchers and the execution of payment instructions. The ideal candidate will have experience in cash management and excellent knowledge of financial products. Our client is offering a 6 month assignment.
Description
- Verifies that the encoding matches the supporting documents and executes the payment instructions (SWIFT);
- Verify, validate and execute payments encoded by the Input unit (by comparing the records in the AS400 system with all supporting documents);
- Verify and validate all internal orders (Treasury, Control Unit, Accounting, Securities, etc.) and supporting documents;
- Evaluate alerts generated by the AML filter (check data against OFAC and European lists) and validate the first justification given by the Input unit based on criteria predefined by the bank;
- Assist the client for any question related to the structure or criteria of the different types of transactions.
Your profile
- Degree in finance/economics/accounting;
- Minimum 2 years in cash management (in the banking sector);
- Excellent knowledge of French and intermediate knowledge of English. Italian is an asset;
- Autonomy, precision, rigor, maturity;
