  • Receive customers with professionalism and friendliness;
  • Take telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate team members;
  • Manage the lawyers' agenda and organize appointments for clients;
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
  • Performing other administrative duties essential to the smooth operation of the firm.

Your profile

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar position;
  • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken. Any other language is an asset;
  • Neat presentation and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Working knowledge of common office software such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
