- Receive customers with professionalism and friendliness;
- Take telephone calls and direct callers to the appropriate team members;
- Manage the lawyers' agenda and organize appointments for clients;
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail;
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
- Performing other administrative duties essential to the smooth operation of the firm.
Your profile
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar position;
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken. Any other language is an asset;
- Neat presentation and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Working knowledge of common office software such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
