Description

  • Handling administrative tasks such as managing calls, mail, and schedules;
  • Organizing and preparing for meetings, both internal and external;
  • Coordinating and assisting with the organization of the office management and reception teams, including ordering and supplying stocks, distributing internal mail, managing calls, and assisting with building maintenance services;
  • Providing administrative follow-up for contracts and supplier contacts, and checking invoices;
  • Occasionally assisting the Reception team.

Your profile

  • A Graduate Degree or BTS (Bac +2) is required;
  • Previous experience is preferred but not required;
  • Fluent in English and French, with knowledge of Luxembourgish, Dutch and/or German being an advantage;
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools;
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, with a helpful and adaptable attitude;
  • Responsible, proactive, and flexible;
  • Organized, service-oriented, dynamic, and rigorous;
  • Possesses a sense of diplomacy and discretion.
