Description
- Handling administrative tasks such as managing calls, mail, and schedules;
- Organizing and preparing for meetings, both internal and external;
- Coordinating and assisting with the organization of the office management and reception teams, including ordering and supplying stocks, distributing internal mail, managing calls, and assisting with building maintenance services;
- Providing administrative follow-up for contracts and supplier contacts, and checking invoices;
- Occasionally assisting the Reception team.
Your profile
- A Graduate Degree or BTS (Bac +2) is required;
- Previous experience is preferred but not required;
- Fluent in English and French, with knowledge of Luxembourgish, Dutch and/or German being an advantage;
- Excellent command of MS Office tools;
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, with a helpful and adaptable attitude;
- Responsible, proactive, and flexible;
- Organized, service-oriented, dynamic, and rigorous;
- Possesses a sense of diplomacy and discretion.
