Ability to reflect on the medium to long term strategy of the company in close collaboration with the CEO.- Organization of Management Committees, Board of Directors and General Meetings
- Establishment and control of budgets;
- Financial follow-up of projects;
- Daily follow-up of the treasury ;
- Follow-up of supplier and customer balances;
- Preparation of payments;
- Preparation and launch of invoicing;
- Monthly financial follow-up of the company;
- Preparation of balance sheets with the accounting office;
- Regular reporting to the CEO.
- Organization of the secretariat ;
- Administrative follow-up of offers and contracts;
- Follow-up and management of the computer equipment;
- Management of insurance contracts and follow-up of insurance disputes;
- Follow-up and management of internal and external communications;
- Recruitment of new employees;
Your profile
- Proven experience in a similar role;
- Mastery of financial management and accounting;
- Practice in financial management of projects;
- Experience in human resources management;
- Mastery of computer tools;
- Ability to negotiate and dialogue;
- Having worked in an architectural or design office is an asset.
- Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
