Office Assistant

Our client, active in the legal sector, is looking for an Office Assistant. In this role, you will assist the Office & Events department in its daily tasks and report to the Office & Events Manager. You are also the back up for the organization of travel, meetings and events as well as for the library and stock management.
Our client is looking for a rigorous, discreet, service-oriented and loyal person.


Your responsibilities:
  • Publication on the intranet and website
  • Organization of photo shoots
  • Travel: research, reservations, follow-up
  • Events and facilities
  • Purchasing management (catering, office supplies and groceries)
  • Preparation and storage of meeting rooms
  • Reception: occasional replacements
  • Ordering of books and follow-up of deliveries
  • Ordering and renewal of subscriptions
  • Response to specific requests from lawyers
  • Billing and budgeting
  • Planning scanning with assistants and students + follow-up
  • Management of storage at our archiving service provider
Administrative printed material
  • Follow-up and renewal of the stock
  • Updates

Your profile

  • You are a native speaker of French or French with a very good knowledge of the other national language.
  • You have experience in administrative functions

  • Good interpersonal skills and diplomacy
  • You are able to work independently as well as in a team
