Our client, active in the legal sector, is looking for an Office Assistant. In this role, you will assist the Office & Events department in its daily tasks and report to the Office & Events Manager. You are also the back up for the organization of travel, meetings and events as well as for the library and stock management.

Description
Your responsibilities:- Publication on the intranet and website
- Organization of photo shoots
- Travel: research, reservations, follow-up
- Events and facilities
- Purchasing management (catering, office supplies and groceries)
- Preparation and storage of meeting rooms
- Reception: occasional replacements
- Ordering of books and follow-up of deliveries
- Ordering and renewal of subscriptions
- Response to specific requests from lawyers
- Billing and budgeting
- Planning scanning with assistants and students + follow-up
- Management of storage at our archiving service provider
- Follow-up and renewal of the stock
- Updates
Your profile
- You are a native speaker of French or French with a very good knowledge of the other national language.
- You have experience in administrative functions
