Description
Your duties include:- opening new claim files: gathering information on the coverage, liability and causal circumstances of the claim and analyzing the claim;
- accept or reject the claim;
- communicate with all parties involved to ensure efficient exchange of information on a claim file;
- appointing experts;
- make timely decisions in accordance with applicable rules;
- awarding compensation to those involved;

Your profile
- You preferably have a bachelor's degree in finance and insurance or law. If you have relevant equivalent work experience, you will also be considered;
- You have experience in claims management in auto and/or fire;
- You have an excellent written and spoken knowledge of French and Dutch;
- Furthermore, you work well in a team, as well as independently;
- You are organized, customer oriented and respect deadlines.
