Senior Manager Payroll

Description

• You will work in partnership with the HR team
• You will be involved in all aspects of payroll to ensure the compliance
• You will support delivery of payroll services for 15 CE countries and will ensure all compliances and payroll taxation related items have required controls and governance.
• You will combine your payroll experience with elements of HR, employee benefits, finance, tax, process improvement and relationship management.
• You will provide the best possible solution options, and also keep abreast of HR, payroll legislation in order to provide appropriate advice to the payroll team.
• You will also participate in global projects and support the whole team in order to ensure continuous service to all customers.

Your profile

• You have excellent knowledge of CE payroll, employment tax and social security legislation is essential.
• You have strong knowledge about cross border workers payroll, tax treaties and other international employment legislation
• You have Payroll Compliance management experience across multiple geographies in Europe
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
